Grappling Seminar on Sunday, 5 Feb

There will be a grappling seminar with Sensei Montgomery on Sunday, 5 Feb, at 10:00 AM at Millenium Place in Sherwood Park. Please let Sensei Watson know as soon as possible if you plan to attend, as we must book in advance.

Shihan Demura to Visit May 12-14

We have received word that Shihan Demura's annual visit to Canada (Lloydminster) will take place between the 12th and 14th of May. There will be further updates as the date approaches, but mark your calendars now.

Adult Christmas/New Year's Party

We will have our somewhat belated dojo holiday party on Saturday, 14 Jan at 7:00 PM at the Metro. We have reserved tables, and there will be a 'secret Santa' exchange of gifts. See Anna or Gail for details.
